We founded Mobility Solutions – R.C.I. after witnessing how a single installation could transform someone’s life. Our owner, Jeff Klossner, first discovered this passion while helping his father with mobility projects years ago, a hands-on experience that inspired our dedication to accessibility. What began as a family effort has grown into a lifelong commitment built on craftsmanship, safety, and genuine care for the people we serve.
With 15 years of experience, we understand that accessibility is more than just equipment; it’s about independence. As a dedicated medical equipment supply and installation company, we take pride in helping clients regain freedom through reliable stairlifts, ramps, and vertical platform lifts. Many have experienced life-changing results, finally enjoying mobility and confidence within their homes once again.

Hi, I’m Jeff Klossner — Owner of Mobility Solutions – R.C.I.
I’ve worked in this industry most of my life, but this business isn’t just something I grew up and was raised to be around — it’s something I built intentionally. My approach is rooted in problem-solving, not sales. I’ve spent years in various fields doing installs, troubleshooting, designing solutions, and talking with clients to understand what they actually need — not what someone wants to sell them.
Outside of work, I’m a builder, a thinker, and a community guy. I’ve always enjoyed creating things, figuring out how they work, and finding better ways to serve people. My background includes everything from electrical engineering systems, full-on construction, to brewery ownership, but the most important part of what I do is simple: I care.
I treat every client like a person, not a price tag. I believe in taking the time to educate you, give you options, and help you make the decision that fits your life. I’m not here to upsell. I’m here to improve lives — to help someone finally get out of their house, use their bathroom safely, or navigate their home with confidence.
